MILESTONES!!!

This month The Curriculum Exchange celebrated its 14th year of service to the homeschooling community. Fourteen years ago Julie Helms opened the store in York County. Two years later our family purchased it from her.

Not only do we celebrate our 14th year of service but also today we celebrate signing up our 600th consigner!

In 1999 the store was a new idea brought into the York county area serving mainly the local county. Fourteen years later, it has expanded into the Internet through our website, Facebook, and now Blog allowing us to serve the local community within an average two hour radius, nationally and even internationally!

Much has happened in the past 14 years. It has been more than just selling books, aids and manipulatives to the homeschooling community, traditional schools and teachers. It has been a ministry serving you.

We want to thank all of you for your support. But, especially, we want to thank Our Lord Jesus for prompting us 12 years ago to purchase the store. He has given us an extended family and has allowed us to take our gifts and abilities to use to help you in the best manner possible. Without His help & yours we would not have made it. To all the special family & friends He has brought alongside to help us grow, a special thank you.

From our family to yours, thank you for allowing us to serve you by "offering a 'cup of water' to serve your needs" Because of His love, we serve you!

  1. Congratulations, Curriculum Exchange!! I am so happy that the store has been so successful and such a blessing to all. I think getting the store set up when I did then having to leave it was all a God thing! Miss you, Elissa. 🙂 Julie

    • Yes, agree it was a God thing!” Glad God brought our families together for a season even if it was for a short time. Thanks for all the hard work you put into the store getting it set up.
